My band Skylight Avenue

Post by Alpha Steel » Mon Mar 04, 2013 7:26 am

Hey guys! It's been awhile since I've been on but that is because I've been recording my new EP "The View From Here" with my band Skylight Avenue! I am the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist but both guitars run through JVMs on the recording! :) please check us out and grab a free copy at bandcamp if you'd like!

Please let me know what you guys think! I'd love to hear back from some of my fellow rockers!

And if you feel really generous, like us on Facebook because we could really use it :)

Thanks guys!

Wow, this kind of music is right down my alley. Great stuff! I especially liked the vocals which sounded very proffessional. You'll get a facebook "like" from me and I don't usually do that sort of thing. Keep up the good work.

Wow! Phenomenal guitar sounds! (Actually, all the recorded sounds are great!) Listening to this almost makes me want to get back in a band.

You aren't saying that JVMs are the ONLY amps on these recordings, are you?

Thanks guys! That's really awesome! And all the guitars are run through my JVM except in the song "Home" where the lead guitar ran through a plexi!

An Avenue is a leafy suburban road in my mind.

You don't sound leafy or suburban, there's lots going on and it's driving music, like your head sticking out of the car skylight (sun roof) on a motorway for example. [smilie=icon_eek.gif]

If you change the name please give me the credit [smilie=icon_lol.gif]
