My Angel Awaits - first gig with JVM410H

Post by 6strings » Tue Jul 16, 2013 2:13 pm

Hey guys, just gigged with my jvm first time. Very happy with results and a very good response about the sound from the crowd. Check out a video to 'This Life' by My Angel Awaits.

Thanks man, our vocalist wrote it. Not bad for a guy who doesn't play any instrument:-D
Never looked forward to next gig as much as now!

Exactly the same here man.

I reckon it's just the way camera picked it up in this particular vid. Here you can hear a better mix, video shot by different camera:

Wow - when I saw "Sammy Hagar" and "Satch" I thought it was going to be a Chickenfoot video! [smilie=icon_wink.gif]
So funny man [smilie=icon_biggrin.gif] Been compared to Satch plenty of times but 'Haggar' was completely surprised with the comparison!

Thanks man, it sounds beast even at home with volume no further than 1. Truly amazing amp.

Great!

Around 2:20 >Marshall glory! By the way, the tent looks fantastic, like rocking in the middle of the Sahara [smilie=icon_biggrin.gif] ; besides, it must have great acoustic properties...

Best,

Marcelo, I agree about tent acoustics, bands playing there sounded way better than those on main stage. Tight, focused, in your face, sound.
We actually felt like rocking in the middle of Sahara, this was on of the hottest days in UK in recent years, hence two cans of ice cold Tyskie on Randall cab [smilie=icon_biggrin.gif]
