Hello

Post by phragle » Wed Aug 16, 2017 3:51 pm

just picked up a jvm205h.. a dead one, lol, bit for the price my amp tech said he would buy it for parts for what I paid if its a huge fix. Supposedly it fell off of a 4x12..., switch lights up, you can hear/feel the amp hum, channel lights work, foot switch changes channels... check preamp out and nothing, feed preamp in and nothing, no glow from the tubes...

so cross your fingers it not too bad of a fix.... [smilie-rock]

Welcome, phragle!

And I hope you find your fixes to be minimal.

We've seen them fall off the top of two stacked 4x12s and, except for the tubes, survive intact. Good luck. You're probably going to be happy.
